ProMedia Group Acquires The Forum for Expatriate Management

Dutch professional publisher ProMedia Group has acquired the HR portfolio of DVV Media International, including the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM).

The transaction, carried out by ProMedia Group UK, comprises a broad range of event-based, digital and print-based activities and strengthens ProMedia Group’s international position.

It includes the major global mobility events of the Forum for Expatriate Management that take place in Europe, The Americas, APAC and EMEA as well as its Chapter network and all associated activities.

ProMedia Group UK also includes FEM’s sister brands, Personnel Today and Employee Benefits, with their events the Personnel Today Awards, Employee Benefits Awards and RAD Awards, as well as the online recruitment advertising platform, Whatmedia.

The HR portfolio has been acquired alongside transport titles such as FlightGlobal, Air Cargo News, Heavy Lift, and Railway Gazette. Following the acquisition, ProMedia Group employs approximately 225 people.

All the staff involved have transferred to ProMedia, ensuring continuity for attendees, partners, members and readers. The acquisition was completed on 31 December 2025.
