Event Theme for 2026

“Co‑Creating the Global Mobility Function of Tomorrow”

Our focus this year is on collaboration—not just within the global mobility function, but across every internal and external stakeholder group that shapes an assignment, a transfer, or a global hire.
Each roundtable has been carefully designed to address one of the core pillars that influence global mobility strategy and delivery.

Roundtable Sessions – June 2026

1. The Governance Confluence: Aligning Global Mobility with Talent, Reward & HR Business Partners
2. Financing Global Mobility: Budgeting, Cost Management & Procurement Interlocks
3. Supplier Ecosystem & Internal Stakeholders: Harmonising Vendors with Business Needs
4. HR Business Partners as Mobility Catalysts: Strategy‑to‑Delivery Alignment
5. Data, Compliance & Risk: A Cross‑Functional View of Mobility Data

Not Discussed in Isolation

Across all five roundtables, we will actively gather input not only from global mobility professionals, but also from:
Finance - Talent & Reward - HR Business Partners - Legal & Risk - Procurement - Business leadership - Supplier partners
This holistic feedback will shape the narrative for September’s events and the final publication.

September Events: Insights, Findings & Recommendations

The second set of events will:
  • Present the consolidated findings of all June roundtables
  • Share feedback from the wider global mobility ecosystem
  • Include commentary from senior leaders and subject‑matter experts
  • Begin shaping the 2026 FEM UK Chapter Recommendations Paper
This will be a practical document offering actions, tools, and frameworks that organisations can implement immediately to improve the effectiveness, governance, and impact of their global mobility programmes.

Special Segment: Immigration Update from the UK Border Agency

Each event will also include an immigration update from the UK Border Agency, offering the latest regulatory developments affecting global mobility into the UK.
