CROWE GLOBAL

Crowe Global is a tax, audit and advisory professional services network with over 42,000 professionals in 130 countries. Crowe assists multinational clients working across borders to make smart decisions that creating lasting value. Our leaders work with governments, regulatory bodies and industry groups to shape the future of the profession worldwide. Overseen by our Global Mobility Services Committee and developed for the benefit of our clients, Global Mobility services is key global service offering.

There continues to be significant increase in cross border employee movements. Not only has there been a rise in the number of cross border and regional roles, there has also been an increase in the number of informal ‘mobility’ arrangements such as commuter roles. Formal mobility continues to be essential in the tactical servicing of clients and customers and strategic drivers such as market entry and talent development. These movements bring with them changes in compliance obligations in a number of disciplines.

Technology has also had an important impact on the way employees work. Technology has enabled the options of homeworking, which doesn’t necessarily need to be done in the same country!  In turn, these changes have impacted and adjusted the way we provide global mobility risk and cost mitigation.

This session will focus on the changing compliance obligations and considerations across many disciplines that arise with employee mobility. We will demonstrate the Crowe track my trip (TmT) application which enables employees to track their business trips through the use of GPS technology and enables tracking and visibility for our clients and their businesses. The difference TmT brings to market is a new low cost tracking option which provides full flexibility on tracking options.
