Since the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) was established in 2008, the Global Mobility industry has evolved to meet the demands of a fast-changing business world, so it is right that the EMMAs (Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards) - the industry's gold-standard awards evolve too.

So, to mark the start of a new decade, we have refreshed the categories and entry process for 2020 and added some brand new, exciting categories

There is so much developing talent in Global Mobility and HR - we want to give new and up and coming practitioners a platform to showcase their achievements - and to give their managers an extra means of motivating and rewarding hard work. This is open to all - corporate and service providers alike, so check out our NEW category:
Global Mobility Talent of Tomorrow and find out how to be a part of this exciting initiative.

We've also introduced a new category for corporate teams and individuals:
Best Employee Experience & Engagement. Everyone in the industry knows how vitally important this is in the war for talent, and many organizations are implementing really creative and inspiring ways of increasing the value of the assignees' experience and its impact on the wider business, so we think it's time to honour those efforts.

We've additionally refreshed and clarified a number of other categories such as Best Vendor Partnership, and added extra information, including a step-by-step guide to entering that is now super-easy to find in one place.

Entries for the Americas EMMAs are now OPEN - and we will be rolling out the entry system for APAC and EMEA in the coming weeks, so you can start your entries in plenty of time.

We're looking forward to seeing your entries!
