As International Chief HR Officer at finance and insurance giant, AIG Maggie Zhang is responsible for the corporation's HR policies across the globe.
As the Summit Chair, I am particularly looking forward to hearing all about STRIDE, AIG's innovative talent development program in her Mobility Masterclass, but Maggie will also be taking part in our closing panel discussion on technology and AI and its impact on mobility and the world of work itself.
In a previous article, I highlighted some of the key themes of our Summit and outlined some of the points and best practice that Maggie and Miqi Zhu, Talent Manager at AIG will be sharing with attendees at their Mobility Masterclass.
In anticipation of both sessions at FEM's APAC Global Mobility Summit in Singapore, I asked Maggie a few brief questions to find out what she is looking forward to discussing and sharing when we hear from her at Hotel Fort Canning on 5th September:
CTS:
How do you think mobility is changing in the APAC region?
