Automating mobility – unwelcome disruption or transformation opportunity?

As mobility professionals, we are increasingly facing a new digital world, where robotics process automation has the potential to revolutionise the industry.  However,  for many of us the prospect of something as complex as process automation can be perceived to be overwhelming and intimidating.

As part of our upcoming FEM Sydney chapter meeting we will explore the concept of process automation, and how we have already started to see this change the way we work.  We will share case study examples of how businesses are already looking into automation and it’s potential to improve margin, enhance service quality and free up their people to focus on higher value added tasks.
