Previously, I have been fortunate to speak with leading figures in APAC and North and Latin America and it has been both fascinating and useful to understand the differences and points of similarity in their approaches. As we all know, the Coronavirus pandemic began with an outbreak in China and quickly spread across the APAC region and then west, to Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. So, in some ways, APAC dealt with it first, but of course in the globalized business world, the implications were felt across the world - even before the virus travelled there too.
Countries in Europe and the Middle East have been particularly severely affected - for example, the UK currently has the highest reported death toll of any country in world except for the USA, and yet it is the HQ or at least a significant entity for so many of the world's leading businesses, so how are these organisations coping? And how have the different government approaches in countries such as Italy, Germany and Sweden affected operations?
I'll be putting a number of key questions to our panel and I hope you will also submit your own. You can do this in advance when you register here - or by using the Q&A function during the LIVE broadcast, Wednesday, 20 May
