Global Workforce trends are being affected by the changing makeup of the workforce. Gen Y will be roughly 75% of the global workforce by 2020, and are increasingly occupying managerial positions.

Join this facilitated discussion as we look at how Gen Y is impacting Global Mobility policies and how organisations can best develop their future leaders.

We will also provide an update on the most recent tax and immigration changes.

Andrea’s client focus has been advising organisations on how to align their global workforce with business and talent objectives, with projects including innovation labs, policies, processes, service delivery structure, offshoring and mobility metrics.

Aysegul Kayahan

Director, Relocation Specialists

Aysegul Kayahan, managing director of Relocation Specialists in Queensland and Victoria has been in the global mobility industry since 1993. Aysegul started the Forum for Expatriate Management community in Australia in early 2012, with chapters in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. From February 2015 to January 2017, Aysegul was appointed to the role of global chair of Chapter Leads for the Forum for Expatriate Management.
