After 5 successful years, FEM was back on the West Coast with our 6th edition of our Global Mobility Summit. A gathering of like-minded peers from the global mobility sector congregated at the fabulous Loews Coronado Bay Resort to discuss and debate hot topics within the industry at present. During the conference, attendees had the opportunity to network and discover new prospects in the ever-growing and complex field of expatriate management.
Corporate speakers and panellists included representatives from American Express, Nestlé USA, McDonald's, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, The Goodyear Tyre & Rubber Company, CB&I.
Industry knowledge and technical updates were also provided by speakers from AIRINC, Fragomen, Air Energy, Xerox, KPMG, Cartus, BridgeStreet, Equus Software, Lexicon Relocation, International SOS, Polaris and more.
Taking place alongside the Summit, was the glitz and glamour of The Americas EMMA’s awards. You can find out who lifted the prestigious awards here.
But FEM events are not just about technical learning. After all, we are the world’s leading networking community for global mobility professionals. The exhibition hall was buzzing as delegates met friends old and new and learned about the latest service offerings from our sponsors and exhibitors.
One of the highlights of the event was the Americas Moose Passport competition, sponsored by Living Abroad, where the lucky winner Kristien Piron walked away with $1500.
The FEM bandwagon has now left America but don’t worry, we will be back next year, bigger and better than ever. We will be in touch very soon with more information on next year’s event. Meanwhile, we are continuing the EMMAs season with the EMEA Summit on November 6 and the APAC Summit on December 1.
