We started off the new year with another successful NYC chapter meeting: “Establishing a business traveler program - a practical approach”. We would like to thank the KPMG New York City office for once again being a great host. Additionally, a big thank you to our presenter of the night - Jill Hemphill, Partner at KPMG LLP Global Mobility Services.

Pictured Above is Jill Hemphill presenting.

Jill shared her knowledge on the key considerations and practicalities in developing a business traveler program. As businesses become increasingly global, we have seen an increase in the number of international business travelers and greater scrutiny by tax and immigration authorities. This has caused many multinational companies to review their business travel policies and implement or update their business traveler programs. In addition, Jill Hemphill implemented and led a business traveler program for a large multi-national corporation before she joined KPMG's Global Mobility Services practice.

If your business supports expatriates and is located within the New York City area - this networking group is a great event to attend.
