Global mobility policy and procedure analyst (M/F)

Group Human Resources has decided to relocate its global mobility / international assignment function to Lisbon with an ambition to create a new, cross-business service centre to manage corporate international policy and related operations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Belonging to the Policy, Tools and Vendors team, your mission as the global mobility policy and procedure analyst will be to define, update, deploy and control international assignment policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date policy, procedures, documentations
- Ensure Group-wide application of Group policies and procedures, including monitoring legacy policies still partly in force
- Ensure policies and procedures are maintained up-to-date; track and save internal client comments and questions for possible future developments
- Propose improvements / efficiencies to existing procedures / processes
- Review, update policy and procedure developments as required
- Organise / participate in internal and external benchmark surveys to ensure competitive and aligned policies within the Group
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure policy changes are compatible with the current technology / tools
- Manage all internal documentation (contracts, extension letters, policy documents, internal procedures, internal SLAs, …)
- Insert new procedures and provide support
- Communicate, Train internal HR clients on policy and procedure changes
- Be the first point of internal contact for queries relating to policies and procedures
- Oversee policy and procedures application
- Run global cost analyses and propose cost saving initiatives
- Manage exception validation process
- Oversee annual self-certification commitment form process
- Assist with Group internal audit recommendations when required
- Ensure Group internal compliance requirements are respected at all times
- Ensure service quality levels
- Monitor internal client SLAs and KPIs in liaison with team colleagues’ activities
- Organise and animate internal client SLA meeting
- Collaborate with other departments as required
- Lisbon global mobility team and broader global mobility HR teams elsewhere in the Group around the world
- Occasional contact as required with other internal functions (legal, compliance, employee relations, risk and permanent control, General Inspection, GHR communications, …)
- Occasional contact as required with other external parties (legal advisors, French authorities, EU bodies, …)
SKILLS AND PROFILE
- University degree
- Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience, ideally within a global mobility / reward function
- Developed MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional level of English and French (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Ability to work methodically and meticulously with multiple evolving documents
- Detail-oriented
- Strong team spirit, ability to integrate and also self-start
- Strong sense of customer-focus
- Ability to learn and adaptability (training period of up to 3 months abroad)
