Global mobility vendor officer (M/F)

Group Human Resources has decided to relocate its global mobility / international assignment function to Lisbon with the ambition to create a new, cross-business service centre to manage corporate international policy and related operations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Belonging to the Policy, Tools and Vendors team, your mission as the global mobility vendor officer will be to manage and develop vendor relations and contracts related to the international mobility process (tax services, IT tool, health insurance…), around 12 vendors / contracts giving rise to 8-digit vendor fees each year.
- Manage existing vendor relations and service levels
- Ensure respect of contractual terms; challenge when necessary
- Ensure smooth internal application and daily running of vendor services
- Monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs; ensure service delivery
- Organise and animate vendor meetings when required (at least once a year)
- Be the first point of internal contact for queries relating to vendors / services
- Review, analyse and suggest contractual modifications
- Communicate any changes to relevant internal parties
- Deploy Group contracts to other internal entities where possible
- Ensure Group internal compliance requirements are respected at all times
- Develop new partnerships
- Explore possibilities for future vendors / services
- Lead RFPs as required, in close liaison with Procurement
- Collaborate with other departments as required
- Lisbon global mobility team and broader global mobility HR teams elsewhere in the Group around the world
- Local (Lisbon) and Group (Paris) Procurement
- Occasional contact as required with other internal functions (legal, accounts, payroll, tax, …)
SKILLS AND PROFILE
- University degree
- Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience, ideally within a global mobility / reward function
- Professional level of English and French (mandatory)
- Ability to negotiate with external parties and convince internal stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Detail-oriented
- Strong sense of customer-focus
- Strong team spirit, ability to integrate and also self-start
- Ability to learn and adaptability (training period of up to 3 months abroad)
- Developed MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
