Sally Martin, Events and Membership Director

After gaining a degree in Classics from the University of Kent, Sally began her career in media in the mid 90’s and now has nearly 20 years sales & marketing experience, working in publishing, conferences and exhibitions. Sally’s focus has been business development and she has been responsible for several launch events in London and the UAE. Sally is mainly responsible for FEM’s US client base and has lived and worked in Arizona and Upstate New York. Having gained previous experience in a wide range of markets including business travel, manufacturing, IT, Telecoms and online & direct marketing, she has been working with FEM since June 2011.

Alex Felstead, Global Sales Manager
Alex has worked inside the global mobility industry for over 4 years, three and half years of which were with the Forum for Expatriate Management. He has also had experience working with a Relocation Management Company in a business development manager role and, as a result, has a holistic view to the supplier and corporate working relationship. Alex's previous experience has been in publishing, luxury travel and business consultancy; however, a transition to global mobility was a natural fit from being a third-culture kid and working in the travel sector within roles that required substantial global presence.
Adam Goldie, Account Manager
Adam has worked in international events for the past 4 years, starting within the Oil & Gas industry, before moving in to Food & Beverage and Photography. Having attended university in the United States, majoring in International Business and minoring in Psychology, it seemed only a matter of time before he found global mobility, or as he likes to put it “Global Mobility found me.”

Marianne Aronsen, Global Chapters and Membership Manager
After graduating from the University of Greenwich in 2014 with a degree in Events Management, Marianne began to build her career in client experience, events delivery and operational administration. Marianne has been with FEM since February 2015. Her remit inside the role is managing FEMs worldwide network of Chapters and co-ordinate the meetings which take place on a monthly or quarterly basis. She also manages FEM membership and am closely involved in FEM’s Summits and Events in EMEA, APAC and the Americas, as well as assist our Head of Content with the FEM website, creating and updating content and liaising with key clients and sponsors.

Ellie Long, Events Manager
Ellie has over 5 years’ experience in the events industry, specialising in the operational delivery of Conferences, Awards and Summits both within the UK and Internationally. She began her career in the events industry having graduated University with a BA Honours Degree in Events Management. Ellie has since worked across a variety of sectors producing industry leading events. She currently lives and works in London and has been with FEM since September 2015.

Celange Terry, Events Coordinator

Millie has 3 years’ experience in the event industry. Starting with an independent operations company. After completing her A-Levels she went on to gain an additional NVQ in Business and Administration. Since then she has hit the ground running, working on numerous large scale shows in an Ops capacity. She has been working with FEM since February.
