Speaker Panel:
Hayley Granato, GMS-T, Senior Human Resource Consultant – Global Mobility Boeing Defence Australia
After completing a Bachelor of Business Hayley started her career in Human Resources moving into Global Mobility in 2007. During her career she has spent time working internationally for various large multinational organisations. Hayley has extensive experience in managing the end to end life cycle of an international assignment whilst working closely with business leaders to provide tailored and effective global mobility solutions.
Mark Vickers, Head of Talent Acquisition Asia Pacific Region - Bombardier Transportation
Mark has walked the fine line between HR and Talent Acquisition for most of his career with a variety of global companies including Rio Tinto, WorleyParsons, AECOM and more recently as the Head of Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition at Bombardier. He has been responsible for the ramp-up of multi-billion dollar projects relying on local and international talent plus remotely led teams across the region to deliver to a growing engineering and manufacturing business. As an additional hat, Mark is currently responsible for Talent Management in the Bombardier Australian Business.
