The beautiful thing about global mobility is that it combines so many different ingredients into one amazing recipe! It mixes business with culture, language, locations, travel, tax, immigration, compensation, talent management, employee development, policy development, cost management, supply chain management...and the list goes on.

I get pretty pumped about evaluating and executing global mobility programs and ideating on expatriate management. I do actually get excited about global compensation and developing innovative client policies and process solutions that align with their program goals. I love working with people from all over the world, getting to know them and their culture while solving issues. You could say that I am passionate about those areas of global mobility.
