On November 7th we hold our 3rd FEM Event in Zurich. Valentina Manca, Manager in People Advisory Services at EY gave an overview of different operating and service delivery models. Her presentation was followed by a very interesting case study on current LafargeHolcim operating model and set-up.

Jean-Philippe Sarra, Head of Global Mobility at LafargeHolcim gave great insights the company’s changes, past and current set-up as well as challenges. Over 30 global mobility professionals attended our event and were engaged in a lively discussion during the networking aperitif.
