Effective February 1, 2017, the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration has amended the minimum salary for non-EU visa applicants due to a technical error. The updated minimum salary level is DKK 408,800 per year.

Applications submitted prior to February 1, 2017 are subject to the previously-reported minimum salary level of DKK 408,000 per year.

What This Means for Employers and Foreign Nationals

Employers with non-EU employees in Denmark should take the corrected minimum salary level into consideration for applications submitted on or after February 1, 2017.
