Victor Sojo, Melbourne University
Dr Victor Sojo is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Workplace Leadership and a Lecturer in Leadership and Research Methods at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Melbourne. He completed a BSc in Industrial/Organisational Psychology (Magna Cum Laude), a MSc in Health Psychology and a PhD in Psychology. Victor’s research focusses on factors that facilitate and hinder gender equality in occupational contexts, leaders’ role in diversity management, and implicit leadership theories.
