Erin Green Esq, US Immigration Expert & Talented Legal and Human Resources Manager
Mr. Green maintains over 18 years of corporate immigration practice and corporate experience. His diverse immigration career has always been focused on efficient, quality work with a keen dedication to corporate clients and maintaining the highest product quality and service. While working in various law firms, he has always been relied upon to handle the most challenging cases, and strategize complicated immigration issues. He has built and effectively managed law firms and staff, lectured and lobbied regarding various immigration issues, been quoted in the media, chaired government immigration panels, and oversaw high-volume, medium-size and specialized client caseloads. Mr. Green maintains five years of internal corporate experience.

While leading immigration compliance and operations initiatives at Infosys Ltd., Mr. Green was responsible for assembling and supervising the nation’s largest in-house US immigration program (36-55 professional subordinates; 6 functional groups), and serving as the U.S. Immigration Compliance Head and the Head of Global Immigration for the country’s largest H-1B program. He achieved continued success in the fields of U.S. immigration compliance, process improvement, management, and corporate communication; not to mention pioneering massive employee services initiatives. Mr. Green received his law degree from the University of Miami and his Bachelors of Business Administration from Emory University. He is also a certified Global Mobility Specialist.
