Bridgestone realised that it needed to improve its global mobility programme - it required standardisation and the policies lacked clarity and consistency. Stakeholders had high expectations but there was little transparency and it was difficult to assess the ROI. So how did Bridgestone resolve these challenges?
After initial analysis, Bridgestone kicked off a project with three main goals:
- Clearer analysis of ROI
- Mobility to be properly linked with the business and HR strategy
- Greater efficiency and higher standards of compliance
Join us as our guest speaker Paolo Amisano provides an exclusive insight into this transformation process and details the steps that Bridgestone took to strengthen their mobility programme.
Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
