All government entities as well as the Fragomen offices in the People's Republic of China (PRC) will be closed during the upcoming Chinese Golden Week national holiday from October 1-7.

Normal work for both the government and Fragomen will resume on October 8.

What This Means for Employers and Foreign Nationals

Employers and employees in the PRC should expect longer processing times for various immigration applications due to the closure of government offices during the Golden Week holiday. Delays could continue in the upcoming weeks due to application backlogs that accumulate during the closures.
