Singapore: Reminder: Employment Pass and S Pass Holders Must Register Residential Address Changes

Employment Pass and S Pass holders must update their residential addresses in the Ministry of Manpower’s Employment Pass Online portal within 14 days of any change in order to avoid penalties. Foreign nationals should also update mobile numbers and email addresses.

  • The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) reminds Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass holders to register changes to their residential addresses in the Employment Pass Online portal within 14 days of the change in order to avoid penalties. Repeat offenders may be banned from working in Singapore.
  • Foreign nationals should update mobile numbers and email addresses to ensure that MOM can contact them during emergencies.
