Visa Application Centers in Russia servicing visa applications to Poland have suspended their services effective March 20, 2018 for an unknown duration. Pending applications as of this date will be processed normally. Going forward, applicants in Russia must file their Polish visa applications at a Polish consulate until the suspension is lifted.

Affected Polish Visa Application Centers. The full list of the Russian cities where Polish Visa Application Centers are located is:
- Kaliningrad, Kazan, Khabarovsk, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novorossiysk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, Rostov on don, Samara, Saratov, Smolensk, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Velikiy Novgorod, Vladivostok, Vologda, Voronezh, Vyborg and Yekaterinburg.
- Consulates. Applicants in Russia must file their Polish visa applications at a Polish consulate in Russia until the suspension is lifted, which are located in Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Smolensk.
Impact
Pending Polish visa applications submitted as of March 20 will be processed normally.
Foreign nationals seeking to obtain a Polish visa in Russia may need to travel further to file their visa application. Waiting times to file visa applications and visa processing times are expected to be longer.
