On April 12th we had our Hamburg FEM Event. Around 20 Global Mobility professionals discussed with our presenters about new approaches in Global Mobility and arising challenges.

Frank Retzlaff from EY gave an overview of diverse assignment types and further forms of internationally active employees and the arising risks. Then Kai Eckert from Lufthansa Technik AG presented interesting case studies which have been assessed from a tax, social security and immigration perspective by Frank Retzlaff and Frank Jura (EY).

After that Timur Stein from Deutsche Bahn AG introduced the DB Global Mobility program and shared the organization´s approach to mitigating risks in terms of alternative assignment types.

We had many valuable and great discussions and received very positive feedback about this event from our participants.

The presentation is available for you here.
