Perth Chapter Meeting on the 16th May 2018 was titled “The first 30 days under the TSS Visa – experience in the Asia Pacific Context" and hosted by Fragomen.
Fragomen our hosts provided a detailed update on the Temporary Skills Shortage visa and associated changes, including the Skilling Australians Fund Levy and impact on permanent migration pathways.

- Impact of Labour Market Testing provisions on Intra Company Transfers and renewals for incumbents;
- How does the Australian regime compare to other developments in the region, with focus on China and Singapore.
