Netherlands: No Guarantees on UK Nationals’ Rights in the Netherlands as Court Dismisses Case

The Amsterdam Court of Appeal recently ruled that the questions British nationals sought to refer for a preliminary ruling were too vague and held that the case could not be forwarded to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
The court also stated that the position of British nationals after Brexit would need to be decided by the CJEU.
