On 1 March the Council of Ministers approved a draft royal decree amending the Royal Decree of 2 September 2018, implementing the Law of 9 May 2018, on the occupation of foreign nationals in a particular situation of residence.

On 1 February the Council of Ministers approved a draft royal decree on the occupation of British nationals in Belgium.

The project approved on 1 March is concerned with the situation of:

cross-border workers
trainees (students who are attending an internship in Belgium, for the purposes of their studies in the United Kingdom)
