Despite months of vigorous debate over the EB-5 Regional Center program and the introduction of multiple draft bills, Congress did not reach a consensus and no legislation was passed in 2015, resulting in a “clean” extension of the EB-5 Regional Center Program without any changes until September 30, 2016.
