Theme: The Revision of the EU Posted Workers Directive

Who: This topic is relevant for anyone who is involved in sending employees to carry out a service in another EU Member State on a temporary basis, in the context of a contract of services, an intra-group posting or a hiring out through a temporary agency.

Why: By July 30th 2020, a new set of rules will enter into force that will have significant implications for EU Posted Workers and the Global Mobility practice. As of March 1, 2020 you will need to notify posted workers coming to the Netherlands!
