Future-proofing your Global Mobility Policies

Mobility is diversifying, expectations are changing and organisations are facing many different types of moves. The traditional policy suite needs to be challenged and adapted to meet the needs of different global moves. This session explores ways in which global mobility programs can future-proof their policy framework.  Deloitte will present on key trends including:

  • Global trends in global mobility policies
  • The impact of immigration changes on global mobility policy, including Deloitte’s recent Asia-Pacific immigration survey results
  • Deloitte’s 2019 Human Capital trends and what companies need to consider for their global mobility policy

This will be followed by roundtable and group discussions, as well as practical tips on where you can get started in future proofing your mobility policies.

Aysegul Kayahan, managing director of Relocation Specialists in Queensland and Victoria has been in the global mobility industry since 1993. Aysegul started the Forum for Expatriate Management community in Australia in early 2012, with chapters in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. From February 2015 to January 2017, Aysegul was appointed to the role of global chair of Chapter Leads for the Forum for Expatriate Management.
