The Munich Chapter Meeting, organized by the Forum for Expatriate Management, focused on the Evolution of Core & Flex Global Mobility Policy. The event took place at E&Y in Munich on July 13th and was specifically targeted towards Global Mobility professionals.
The panel discussion featured expert speakers from various reputable organizations. Eric Gangey, Head of RWE Global Mobility Hub, Andreas Strachwitz, Vice President EMEA of Weichert Workforce Mobility, Tobias Fink, Mobility Transformation Manager of EY, and Patrick Seuwen, Key Account Manager of ECA International, all shared their insights and expertise on the topic.
The discussion aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in the field of Global Mobility, with a particular focus on Core & Flex Policy. The experts discussed the fundamental principles of such policies, the organizations they are best suited for, important considerations and design elements, and strategies for successful implementation.
