Reggie McIntyre, Global Enterprise Sales at ADP

"With a career characterized by a recent role change, I have successfully expanded my expertise in serving clients in the global market. My current focus centers on guiding companies through digital transformation for ERP and HCM, steering them towards cloud solutions, and implementing robust global payroll strategies.

Over decades of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My specialization includes seamless integration with ERP/HCM systems and providing comprehensive global coverage. These attributes have been pivotal in establishing ADP as the preferred partner for major global companies, where we turn the vision of one global payroll system for the world into a reality.

A native of the vibrant New Orleans area, I earned my General Business Bachelor's Degree from LSU. In the past 30 years, I have been a key player in providing global payroll and HCM solutions at major industry players, including ADP, Workday, and UKG, with an impressive 25-year tenure at ADP.

Throughout my career, I have cultivated direct user and customer experience with leading systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, Kronos, Ultimate Software, and Concur. My expertise lies in navigating the intricacies of these platforms to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients.

On a personal note, family is at the heart of my life. Married with three sons – one in college, another in high school, and the youngest in grammar school – I find immense joy in spending time with them.”
