Navigating the New World of Work - Let’s discuss mobility policies (and reconnect in person!)

The Covid pandemic has created a new world of work and mobility is at the heart of it.

The nature of our global workforce and the way people work has changed significantly. Organisations are emerging from the pandemic with new challenges and opportunities. Many organisations are supporting mobile workers in new ways, or in fact finding themselves with a mobile workforce for the first time, either because of remote work arrangements or faced with a shortage of local talent.  As a result, mobility policies and processes need to evolve to remain fit for purpose and enable mobility. Now is the time to ensure that your organisation has the right policies and processes in place to enable strategic objectives.

After more than 2 years of meeting virtually, we are excited for our FEM network to reconnect in person around the country.  Vialto Partners will be hosting an event in each city, so please RSVP to attend the location closest to you.  The main topic for the session will be a discussion around the current and emerging mobility policy trends, practices and what you can be doing to navigate the new world of work.   It will also be a fabulous opportunity to reconnect with your mobility peers, reestablish our FEM network and to celebrate 2022 before we all head into the Christmas season!

Where: Level 18, 2 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank (Cliftons event space at Freshwater Place, check in with reception.  A Vialto staff member will meet you and direct you to the room.)

Cost - Complimentary event for corporate mobility  and £75 per person for global mobility suppliers with a valid Supplier Membership (£350 /chapter or £1000 Australia-wide)
