Why did you decide to partner with FEM and Lead their Chapter meetings?

FEM stands out as a recognized and professional platform for learning and exchanging best practices in the HR Global Mobility Industry. In addition to the online platform and community, I particularly appreciate the local Chapter Meetings and FEM Events, which provide valuable opportunities to connect with industry peers and enhance my knowledge.

What can delegates expect from your Chapter meetings?

The Chapter meetings are meticulously crafted to offer professional content delivered by carefully chosen subject matter experts, along with best practice examples from corporate specialists. We curate cutting-edge topics in our meetings, ensuring relevance for both Global Mobility veterans and newcomers. Rather than opting for one-way presentations, I cultivate open dialogue and facilitate networking opportunities. The goal is for attending a Chapter meeting to be an insightful, engaging, inspiring, and enjoyable experience.

What are some of the most important issues for global mobility professionals in your location?

Typically, immigration, social security and tax compliance, digitalization, sustainability, and general cross-border employment requirements remain key areas of interest in our markets.
