Introduce yourself in 100 words.
I am Valentina Dammicco and I run the Italian branch of MRS Management. I work in the global mobility industry since 2010 and I am genuinely passionate about corporate expatriates management.
What I like the most is networking with corporates and providers, sharing best practices and looking for solutions for the best benefits management in Italy and outside of the Country.
Why did you decide to partner with FEM and Lead their Chapter meetings?
I decided to partner with FEM in order to be able to create a Global Mobility Network in Italy as well as FEM did in other Countries.
What can delegates expect from your Chapter meetings?
Good business networking, information and best practices sharing, a place where people in Global Mobility can work together for a better setting of our roles in the business.
What are some of the most important issues for global mobility professionals in your location?
I think that one of the priorities in Italy is the identification of the role of Global Mobility. Second place, we should be able to support corporates into the transformation of the expat management through digital tools without loosing the soft part of resources management.
