The FEM EMMAs are the premier awards for the global mobility and International HR industry and on Wednesday night, following a very engaging two-day Summit, key figures, leaders and companies gathered together in the elegant Nine Kings Ballroom, at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London to celebrate the brightest and best in the EMEA region.
FEM's Global Director, Claire Tennant-Scull said:
“It’s so good to celebrate all the achievements and hard-work of the teams, individuals and suppliers in this amazing industry. The FEM EMMAs remain the gold standard awards for global mobility and international HR. They are the only truly global, yet region-specific awards with the greatest breadth of categories for both corporate professionals and service providers.
This year, I was thrilled to see so many new EMEA EMMAs entries – but more importantly – the quality has taken another leap forward.
EMMAs entries are always rigorously judged by a team of fiercely impartial, highly experienced, senior figures in the industry and academia, who are drawn from a range of disciplines across the EMEA region and who give up their own free time to carry out a very thorough and demanding process. So these awards carry tremendous kudos. It’s so important to receive recognition among your peers for innovation and hard work and so I think the winners and all those on the shortlist should feel extremely proud.”
This year, we were fortunate to have more than 60 judges to assess the entries and they were pleased to see that alongside the well-established EMMAs entrants, we also received submissions from individuals and companies who have never taken part in the EMMAs before and it's good that we have a place for smaller and niche organisations too. It’s invigorating to have so many new faces at the awards and to see how the industry is developing and bringing on new talent. I think the results were very interesting and we were so pleased to receive such good feedback on many of the entries from the judges.”
