Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility in the Americas 2022

Kerwin Guillermo, Global Head of Employee Mobility, Hewlett Packard Enterprise
FEM’s Global Director of Content & Events, Claire Tennant-Scull said:
“Kerwin Guillermo's 25-year-career in HR and Global Mobility has been remarkable, encompassing multiple teams and leading several organizations in different countries through change.
He has a talent for designing and conceptualizing fresh initiatives and a passion for refining and improving processes and experiences for those they manage and transition.
At FEM we have previously rewarded with EMMAs, a number of professionals who have been mentored and supported by Kerwin. His earnest and sincere desire to develop and empower his team is a shining example of great leadership.
With an extraordinary work ethic and an extremely demanding global role that sees him working in multiple time zones – it’s hard to see how Kerwin ever gets any sleep, and yet his enthusiasm for global mobility remains undimmed – no matter the time of day.
Last year’s winner of this award in EMEA, Julia Onslow-Cole from Fragomen, said of Kerwin Guillermo:
‘I know of no other global mobility leader who thinks so innovatively about key issues and turns their ideas into practical outputs which are then delivered on. He is most generous with his time and broad mentorship, willing to share ideas and inspire thousands of other global mobility professionals.’
FEM’s Global Director, Claire Tennant-Scull whole-heartedly agrees, and adds that Kerwin Guillermo clearly deserves this award. He is an outstanding ambassador for the Global Mobility discipline.
FEM is delighted to award the 2022 Americas EMMA for his Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility to Kerwin Guillermo.”
Many thanks again to all our judges, presenters and all those who entered!
