The roundtables are designed to delve into a single, pivotal question, with participants allocated to tables based on their roles. This strategic allocation ensures a comprehensive exploration of the topic from various perspectives:

Feedback and Consolidation
At the conclusion of the discussions, each table host will provide feedback, capturing the essence of the conversations. This feedback will then consolidated into a single document, which will be emailed to all attendees post-event.
Post-Event Document
The consolidated document will offer an overview of the feedback from each table, highlighting areas of commonality and innovation. This resource aims to assist businesses in developing an executable plan, leveraging the insights gained during the event.

Meet our UK Chapter Lead:
Rob Fletcher – Co-Founder – Heart Relocation
Rob Fletcher brings over three decades of expertise in mobility, having collaborated with global clients to establish, implement and deliver effective mobility solutions. As a Co-Founder of Heart Relocation, he champions the importance of wellbeing within mobility, treating it as equally crucial as the physical aspects of relocation.
Meet our roundtable moderators:
David McAlister, Partner, Vialto Partners
David is a Partner at Vialto Partners, leading their Global Compensation and Payroll practice in the UK. With over 18 years of experience in the Global Mobility industry, he has served as Head of Global Mobility, worked as a Partner with multiple vendors, and has been an assignee several times himself. In his current role, David focuses on developing and implementing Vialto's 'Total Comp' technology solution, streamlining and simplifying the complexities of Global Mobility payroll and equity reporting.
Melanie O'Hara, Head of Global Mobility, Aviva
Melanie has worked in Global Mobility for nearly 20 years, across a number of organisations including, Deloitte, Tesco, RBS and now Aviva. She has been at Aviva for 5 years leading the Global Mobility team.
James Connell, Sr. Account Manager, Situ
James has been working in the Global Mobility space, specifically temporary housing, for the last 6 years with Situ – a global accommodation agency. Helping both in-house global mobility teams, HR teams and relocation companies to build out and enhance their temporary housing programs. James’ focus is always employee experience whilst tailoring a global program so that individual employee needs are met and company guidelines catered for. James has worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years (including 2 years working on cruise ships!) and lives and works in London.
Alexandra Bucekova, Head of Global Mobility, Flutter Entertainment
Alexandra is the Head of Global Mobility at Flutter Entertainment, a global leader in betting and gaming. With over a decade of experience in global mobility, her career includes roles with relocation vendors and both in-house and client-facing positions at Big 4 firms. Having lived in multiple countries and worked closely with assignees on the ground early in her career, Alexandra is passionate about a human-centric approach to global mobility. In her current role, Alexandra’s ambition is to build a modern global talent mobility function that serves as a strategic partner, effectively supporting the rapidly growing and ever-evolving business and its people.
