Georgina Hawkes is the Head of Global Mobility at HSBC and has over twenty years’ experience of navigating the complexities of international mobility, starting in Expat Tax at KPMG, then moving in house to become a specialist in global mobility strategy and policy design.

Speaking from New York:
Rina Montalvo, Global Mobility Director, News Corp  

Rina Montalvo is a dual US/German citizen, she  is fluent in four languages and has worked in the USA and Europe.  Offering deep mobility/immigration/taxation experience spanning both the EMEA,APAC, and AMER markets. She is currently the Director - Special Projects- Global Mobility,Immigration,Taxation News Corp, the owners of numerous prominent media outlets such as Dow Jones, Wall Street Journal, The Times (UK), The New York Post, Harper Collins, and the Australian, a position she’s held since 2014. She holds a degree in business administration and master’s degree in law. Fluent in four languages, Rina is also an Assistant Professor at NYU and a widely-sought after guest lecturer at Harvard and Yale.

Stephen Park, International Mobility Centre, APAC, Schneider Electric  

Stephen is based in Hong Kong and his remit covers the Asia-Pacific region. Schneider Electric has 137,000 employees worldwide providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in global relocations, immigration law and expatriate tax management in companies such as Fonterra, Cisco Systems and EY.

Anja Vahldiek, Director, Global Mobility Solutions, Ernst & Young 

Anja leads a culturally diverse, virtual team based in eight countries. She is responsible for managing developmental mobility programs and pipelines at EY and for providing new and better talent management tools across the assignee lifecycle, improving assignee experience and optimizing EY’s Mobility Framework. During her 20 years in EMEIA and the US, Anja has engaged in rethinking and redesigning existing mobility practices and establishing new products. Coming from a legal background, she combines in-depth technical knowledge with a practical focus on building teams across borders. Anja is deeply passionate about mobility and supporting EY's strategic vision through innovative mobility solutions.
