Who has stood out for you?

Is there someone in your team, or your wider organisation, or perhaps an individual among your service provider partners who has gone above and beyond their role?

YOU are the judge this time

This year at FEM. we are handing over the judging for Global Mobility Professional of the Year to YOU - the Global Mobility Community.

So we are asking you to nominate the GM professional operating into or out of The Americas (they can be an in-house corporate professional or a service provider) who has supported your assignees, motivated your team or simply inspired you in these tough times.

How do you send in your nomination and vote?

The process is quick and easy, but as ever, integrity is the key to the EMMAs results, so we will ask you to name your nominee and to briefly tell us WHY you think they should win the EMMA.  This is what the page looks like:

Voting integrity and process

Please note that although your nominations and votes will be treated as confidential - we will also ask you to give your name and email address - this is simply to ensure that the voting is fair and that no-one can cast multiple votes for the same person.

In the next few weeks we will gather all the nominations - and then after the EMMAs deadline on April 23rd  -  and when all the other categories go off to the judging panel we will publish the Shortlist of individuals for you to vote for.
