Managing Risk and Compliance in an Uncertain World

So much has changed around the world in the last 12 months. How can Global Mobility professionals plan, and manage the risk and compliance issues?
Join us as our panel of experts discuss:
- How is risk defined and how exposed to it is your organisation?
- What are the greatest concerns? Are they financial, operational, reputational or simply the security and safety of employees?
- The operational and planning challenges of moving employees to developing countries, especially at short notice
- Managing and ensuring immigration compliance for cross-border employees
- How to communicate and co-ordinate action across the business
- As tax goes digital, how do you integrate the reporting of tax, social security and immigration - enable your assignees to be compliant - and make it easy for them to get on with their day jobs?
During the session we will also provide you with an exclusive preview of FEM's latest Policy in Practice Report of the same name, which will not be officially published until our Houston conference in February.
We will share some of the surprising findings of our survey into the current state of global mobility policies covering security and safety, immigration and tax compliance, business travel and acclimatisation. We will also reveal how organisations identify risk – what are seen as their greatest concerns – and how they can be addressed.
