The situation

According to the State Department’s June Visa Bulletin, cutoff dates for issuance of an immigrant visa in most categories will see no movement from the May Visa Bulletin, with the exception of EB-2 India, which will advance by four days, to December 26, 2008, and EB-5 China and Vietnam, which will advance by ten days, to August 1, 2014.

In the coming days, USCIS is expected to announce on its own Visa Bulletin web pagewhether it will accept adjustment of status applications from foreign nationals with a priority date that is current for filing eligibility in June.
