About Dominique Herrmann

Dominique founded Primaxel LLC in 2016 to focus on helping clients to identify and implement global human resources and mobility strategies, policies and processes in support of their global business ambitions. With 30+ years of experience in international human resources and global mobility acquired in consumer goods, financial services and professional services, Dominique offers a unique expertise to help shape the global people agenda, with emphasis on global mobility and expatriate management. Dominique spent 17 years with KPMG International where he created and deployed a very comprehensive global mobility program for the KPMG network of 150+ member firms with 2,500 assignees from/to 90 countries annually. He previously led the HR function for the Global Relationship Bank’s corporate client management activities of Citigroup for North America. Prior to joining Citigroup, Dominique worked for The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and in Switzerland, spending most of his career there in the Human Resources function both as a generalist supporting the Global Asset Management and Private Banking businesses globally, and as a specialist managing the Retail Bank’s, International and Corporate Compensation functions. Dominique also worked in Switzerland and in France for Philip Morris Europe, Middle East and Africa, and for the Stéria Group, a major French software engineering company, focusing on organizational design, recruiting and systems implementation. A triple citizen of the United States, France and Switzerland, Dominique grew up in France, and received an International MBA from ESSEC, a prominent business school in Paris. He also holds a Law degree from the Catholic University of Paris and is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) honored Dominique in 2015 with the prestigious EMMAs award for Outstanding Contribution to Mobility.
