About Aaron Flynn

I have been working in legal services for almost 20 years now. I have specialised in immigration/employment and litigation law for 14 years. I originally qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2008 and practiced in the Immigration & Asylum Division as a State Solicitor in the Chief State Solicitor's Office. During this time, I advised the State authorities including the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service ('INIS'), and the Garda National Immigration Bureau ('GNIB') and the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation ('DBEI') including conducting prosecutions for the National Employment Rights Authority ('NERA') now the Workplace Relations Commission ('WRC'). I acted in many of the issue defining immigration cases in the Superior Courts in Ireland and as agent for Ireland at the Court of Justice in Luxembourg. I also conducted extensive complex litigation by way of Judicial Review and Court of Appeal and Supreme Court appeals and gained expertise in asylum, refugee, immigration and EU law during this time. I have established Aaron Flynn Solicitors with the encouragement of clients and colleagues to provide a specialist legal service in an area I am passionate about and which I have practiced in extensively over the years. I provide the full suite of immigration services from visas to immigration registration, employment permits, EU law-based applications and long term residency and citizenship. I advise on investor visas, Stamp 0 (a retirement immigration permission in Ireland) and foreign birth registration. I conduct audit and health checks on Immigration and Employment Law compliance for companies. I also advise companies and individuals on the full scale of employment law and on litigation in the Courts. I simplify the complex and work with my clients to provide a tailored solution.
