Join us for this interactive workshop, facilitated by Dr. Shi Bisset, Founding Associate at SB&A, as we look at how HR can support their organisations in facing the increasing challenges of doing business in a constantly changing global business environment.

Dr. Shi Bisset is an organisational development expert with a global reputation as a master Change Agent and Coach. Holding a doctorate in organisational psychology and being expert on cross-cultural issues, she develops OD/HR capabilities, especially for M&As, and is a Senior Fellow of the world renowned Conference Board – the longest running international think tank on human capital development.

Besides being a certified Lominger Associate, she is also a Master Certifier for 80 other tools including HR Chally, Hogan and ITAP’s CWQ2 and has developed several executive management assessment instruments and implemented related development coaching, and programmes for senior and middle management levels. Dr. Shi Bisset is President and Group Founder of Shi Bisset & Associates (SB&A) that is one of the few Global consultancies which provides a truly custom-made solution to management issues, with over 30 years of Organisational Development, Performance Management and Executive Coaching experience in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
