Topics will include international travel considerations under the executive orders (travel ban, electronics ban, rights at the borders), increased enforcement activities and heightened scrutiny by CIS, CBP and ICE (I-9 audits, worksite visits, raids), potential changes to the H-1B program, future of NAFTA and other treaty visas, and new AC21 regulations (60-day grace period, job portability, automatic extension of EAD).
