Use of rotational assignments continues to increase and develop across the mobility landscape. In fact, a whopping 88% of companies surveyed recently by Plus Relocation predict their rotational assignment activity to increase or remain the same in 2017, as compared to 2016. To better understand how companies are increasingly using these as a development strategy, we conducted a survey of 78 total respondents from a variety of industries – of these respondents, 66% send employees on rotational assignments; of the 34% who do use rotational assignments, half indicated they plan to in the future.
