Operational excellence – what does it mean and how do we attain it?

What does operational excellence mean and how do we apply this in a global mobility context?

In this session we will explore operational excellence focussing on tangible action items that can be applied to improve our organisations’ mobility programmes.

Our panellists will share their experiences of leading business transformation as a global mobility professional, an international assignee, and a relocation support provider.

The Operational Excellence team from KPMG’s Management Consulting division will also advise how operational excellence can be embedded throughout organisations, underpinned by the “people” elements of culture, leadership, human factors and communication, sharing lessons that can be taken from the operating model of US aircraft carrier-based flight operations and applied to a global mobility programme!
