Ivan is responsible for business development at Arellano Abogados, the leading Mexican Immigration firm and part of the global Newland Chase immigration network. Since 2009, Ivan has been providing strategic guidance to multinational companies and assisting with the creation of compliance strategies and procedures on a country by country basis. He takes a collaborative approach to immigration services, working with our global corporate clients to achieve their goals. Ivan has participated in various forums on immigration in both the public and private sectors including his participation in consultations for the creation of the National Development Plan 2013-2018, and as a speaker in Mexico-Madrid Trade Chamber in 2012 after the entry into force of the Migration Act. He also frequently participates in webinars focusing on Mexican migration issues. Ivan holds a degree in International Relations from the University of the Americas.
