On 2 February the Brussels chapter organized and event hosted by KPMG. Ferdy Foubert, partner in the Global Mobility Practice of KPMG, gave a presentation titled “the expatriate tax concession, the way forward”.

This focused on the evolution of Belgian’s expatriate tax concession since its implementation in 1983 and the taskforce initiated by the Ministery of Finance to reflect on possible future amendments of these concessions.

After the presentation discussions continued during a cocktail offered by KPMG. The event was a big success with more than 30 persons participating.
